Say hello and have a drink with us as we get the weekend started! Join us on the 2nd floor of the Ace Hotel Clubhouse for small bites, charcuterie, and beverages. We adjusted the timing to accommodate friends and family arriving a bit later, which means there will be sunset views of the mountains! Dress code is casual.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21
RUN WITH REN
8:00 am – 8:30 am
Join us for some morning movement through iconic Palm Spring neighborhoods where you can spot lots of unique mid-century modern architecture. Meet us at the Kings Highway Diner. All fitness abilities welcome. Ren will lead a 30(ish)-minute jog and Julia will lead a walking tour. There are also bikes available at the Ace hotel lobby.
DINNER & DANCING
5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
It’s finally time for the reception we never had! We can’t wait to drink, eat, and dance with you at the Ace Hotel Commune as we celebrate our 5-year anniversary. But now, the information you’re really looking for… Attire: Formal (i.e. Your best blend of black tie and cocktail — let’s get fancy, but skip the tuxes and heavy gowns. It’s hot in the desert!).

Join us for coffee and donuts at the cabanas by the Ace Hotel pool. We also recommend grabbing a bite to eat at the King’s Highway Diner (but we couldn’t reserve that space because they said the locals would get mad).
